All state title winners will receive the beautiful All American Family official state crown, custom satin monogrammed banner, certificate, trademark porcelain doll and the opportunity to represent their state for the 2003-2004 pageant year.

This mail-in pageant is being offered for the 2003 pageant year in the Western United States. This will enable contestants who do not have a physical State Pageant to compete in, to win their All American Family State title and be eligible to compete in the Mini-National pageant to be held May 16-18 at the Sutton Place Hotel in Newport Beach, CA.

The first person from EACH of the age/gender divisions below in each eligible state who registers to compete in the Mini-National pageant will automatically be awarded his or her state title, crown, certificate & banner!

Rules:

You MUST live in the state that you represent. This mail-in pageant is only valid in the following states: California, Arizona, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington & Wyoming. If your state is not listed, please visit www.allamericanfamilynational.com for information on a mail-in or physical state pageant in your area. Age is based on date of Western Regional Mini-National, with a two-week grace period in either direction.

All registrations must be received by April 1, 2003. Absolutely no mail-in state titles will be awarded after April 1, 2003! If you register after April 1 2003 you may still be permitted to compete in the Western Regional Mini-National pageant and/or Nationals, but you will be considered as an At Large contestant, not as a state titleholder. No state titles will be awarded later than April 1, 2003!!!

In order to win your state title, crown, banner & certificate, you must submit a registration form & include your $200 beauty and registration fees to the Western Regional Office. When this is received we will order your crown & banner. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your crown, banner & certificate to be shipped to you.

Once you have paid your $200 beauty and registration fees and have received your state title, crown, banner & certificate you may compete in all events (Supreme entry) in the Mini-National pageant for an additional $200. (Beauty plus 12 optionals.) You are not required to compete in all events to get this discount. (This does not include travel, meals, hotel, your t-shirt, party, program book or extra VIP passes, etc.)

Mail-in state title winners are NOT eligible to win their "registration fee paid" to the Mini-National pageant. That option is only available to contestants who pay for, and compete in physical pageants. (In effect, on-line contestants enter & automatically win their state pageant for FREE, including crown, banner & certificate, when they register to compete in the Mini-national pageant. This benefit is "in lieu of" the "registration fee paid" which can only be won by actually competing and winning in a physical pageant.) The only exception to this is that priority will be given to prelim winners from states that have had preliminary pageants already (still on a first-come/first-serve basis).

Prizes will be shipped to the home address on your application/registration. No application will be accepted without the $200 beauty and registration fees deposit for the Mini-National pageant.

If you win your state title and do NOT compete at the Mini-National pageant (after paying the $200 beauty and registration fees & receiving your state crown, banner & certificate), you will be permitted to keep the prizes and state title. However, you are strongly encouraged to come to Mini-Nationals!

NO REFUNDS for State titles!! No refunds for Mini-Nationals unless Mini-National pageant is cancelled by the director! In that case, refund is limited to Mini-National Fees, minus State Mail-In Fees.

(If you submit the $200 beauty and registration fees deposit for the mail-in pageant and the state title is already taken for your age/gender division your deposit WILL be returned to you un-cashed unless you state that wish to apply it to the Mini-National pageant costs.)

I hereby agree to hold All American Family Pageants, director, staff & facility where pageant is held, completely harmless for any unfortunate events which occur before, during or after this pageant, including, but not limited to theft, illness, injury, accident, death, act of war, act of God, etc. I understand I enter this pageant at my own risk and assume full responsibility for my property and person. I understand that decision of the judges is final and unsportsmanlike conduct by the contestant or family member of a contestant (before, during or after the pageant) may be grounds for disqualification without refund, and/or cancellation of an awarded title and royalty status.
