By submitting the above form, I hereby understand, agree, and release All American Family California Pageants, staff,pageant volunteers, city where pageant is held and the facility from any liabilities that may occur as a result of entering my child in this pageant, such as accident, theft, lawsuits, injury, death etc.   I relinquish my rights to bring a claim against All American Family California pageants, staff, pageant volunteers,host facility and town for any reason I feel is valid.  I also consent to the use of any pictures or videos of myself or my child in any and all publications, advertisements and the pageant's website. I agree to abide by all rules set forth by All American Family California Pageants Owner/Director.  In addition any contestants, parent, chaperone, or newly crowned winner who at anytime shows bad behavior or unsportsmanlike conduct will be dismissed from the pageant with all fees, titles, and awards forfeited.  I also acknowledge All American Family California Pageants does not give out refunds.  I fully understand that the deposit or any paid fees will not be refunded if my child does or does not participate in this pageant.  I understand that if I write a personal check and it is returned for any reason, it will be turned over to a collection agency and I understand that I will be charged $75 return check fees, check amount, court costs,  and all applicable taxes.  I also agree as the parent or guardian of the said child above has my full permission to participate in the said pageant.  I understand that the judges' decisions are final.  I have fully read and understood all the rules and information about the pageant set forth by All American Family California Pageants.

If you are unable to attend the pageant after paying your fees, you may transfer them to another pageant.  Expiration date of one year from payment and $25 transfer fee are applicable.

If you are mailing in a payment, please send it either registered or certified so that it must be signed for.  This protects both you and AAFCP from the post office's "service" as of late.
